The problem with this method is that 99% of the time you’re positioning your body in a very incorrect way compared to real OAHS. It is much to better to practice free-standing attempts with fingers assistance 🖐️ ⠀ 2nd tip explained: when you’re doing only “strong” side attempts — your working muscles are getting tired way faster and you can’t keep training OAHS. Use your weak side every 3-5 attempts and you’ll progress much faster on your strong side 💪 ⠀ 3rd tip explained: while trying to balance — try not only to push your shoulder down but also to the opposite direction of your lean. It’s going to help you a lot with your OAHS holds 📈
