Some important points to my reel ✅ intermittent fasting works for some and doesn’t for some and that is a bio-individual thing ✅ one can lose weight / inches even without intermittent fasting as long as they are in calorie deficit (IF just has many other benefits along with making calorie deficit easier) ✅ the reason I suggested these 3 items in my video is because a) they hardly lead to insulin spike b) they are very satiating and reduce hunger pangs c) they are likeable options and it doesn’t not feel like fasting Trust this video helped you - if it did please share and spread the goodness ;) #intermittentfasting #healthcoaching #healthhack #healthcoach #resultscoach
