I hope anybody that come across this video Is blessed with health for all coming years. 5 years ago when i was under treatment due to cancer I started practising this exercise Which i practise ill today this is amended version With youthful tips which i get From a 90 years old lecturer which i met onboard i always incorporated this excercise to my qigong practise Symptoms may seems disspeared after treatment But it doesn’t always mean the body is fully recovered. Illness takes years to form, and healing also takes time. That’s why the moment we are free from disease is actually the best moment to work on changing the body’s internal environment Never ever do it out of fear Especially of relapse but out of care and love for the body that carried us through so much. Cancer is not something to fight against My 80 years old uncle story taught me a huge lesson It is part of us a part of the body that carried stress and pressure for us for many years, until one day, it simply couldn’t hold anymore. I’ve learned to feel gratitude for it as it's doing its best for so long I am sorry for the part of body that i loses That you so much for taking in everything else for me I learned this the hard way. And by sharing this, I hope that anyone who comes across this video Is being blessed with Health for coming years

Your gut is producing melatonin properly. This is rare. 2. You poop at the same time every morning without thinking about it Like clockwork. No straining, no waiting. Your digestion is moving waste out before it recirculates toxins. 3. You're not bloated after meals Food goes in, gets processed, and moves through. No swelling, no discomfort. Your gut bacteria are balanced. 4. Your energy stays steady all day, no crashes No 2pm slump. No needing a nap. Your gut is converting food into usable energy the way it should. 5. You don't need coffee to function You drink it because you want to, not because you'll collapse without it. Your body produces energy naturally. 6. Your skin is clear without a 10-step routine No random breakouts. No constant redness. Your gut isn't pushing inflammation to your face. 7. You don't crave sugar after eating You finish a meal and you're done. No dessert obsession. Your gut bacteria aren't hijacking your brain. 8.
