This is the kind of cheesy, salty snack you can feel smug about eating. Don’t get me wrong, they aren’t a replacement for crisps, but I’m the kind of girl who can devour a family bag of crisps in minutes and want more, but it’s prob not best to do that on the daily, so I’m always on the hunt for healthier snacks. These hit the spot when I want a savoury snack at my desk, plus because they offer 20% of your daily fibre recommendation and 13g protein per 2 pieces, so you really can feel a bit smug while snacking on them. Smoked paprika works well but you could mix up the flavours too - try garlic powder or dried herbs, even lemon zest and pepper. I used Parmesan but you could use a different cheese I.e cheddar. Enjoy!

These air fryer chips get ultra crispy, way lighter than store-bought, and the spicy dill pickle flavor is downright addictive. Fair warning: you’ll want the whole batch. Comment SEND for the recipe! YOU’LL NEED: -1 medium russet potato -Juice from 1 (16-oz) jar dill pickles -1 T + 1 tsp dried dill, divided -1 ½ tsp olive oil -½ tsp kosher salt -¼ tsp garlic powder -¼ tsp cayenne Slice the potatoes, marinate in pickle juice and 1 T dill for 1 hour, then pat dry. Toss with olive oil, remaining dill, and spices. Air fry at 325°F until crispy, tossing every few minutes. #airfryerrecipes #healthysnacks #dillpicklechips #airfryersnacks #easysnacks

Oat & Apricot Granola Bars 🌰 In the words of my husband “these the best snacks that you make” and I would have to agree 😌 Makes 10 bars Ingredients 160g rolled oats 90g mixed nuts, roughly chopped 40g pumpkin seeds 40g shelled hemp 40g dried apricots, chopped 170g honey 85g creamy peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp salt 40g dark chocolate, melted (optional) Method Preheat oven to 160°C fan. Line a 20–23cm square tin with baking paper. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until fully combined. Transfer to the tin and press down very firmly into an even layer. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden at the edges. While still warm, lightly score into 10 bars. Leave to cool completely, then slice fully. Drizzle over melted dark chocolate if using and set in the fridge. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. #granolabars #healthysnacks #mealprep

SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN COOKIE BARS 👏🏼✨ keep these baddies in the freezer for when you’re craving something sweet! base: 1 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup salted caramel protein powder 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 3 tbsp maple syrup pinch of salt press into lined tray and pop in freezer while making the caramel caramel: 10-12 mejool dates soaked in hot water 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter @fixandfogg vanilla essence drizzle of maple syrup salt 2-3 tbsp milk blend and spread over the base top: dark chocolate coconut oil melt together and pour over the caramel, set in freezer before cutting into squares!
