Chicken crust hot pockets 🤯🔥 so nostalgic and packed with protein! 1 lb ground chicken 1 tsp salt and garlic powder 1/4 tsp pepper 8 slices pepperoni or turkey pepperoni 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp tomato paste 1/4 cup grated Parmesan instructions Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken and spices and mix until fully incorporated. Divide the mixture in half. Place each portion between two sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten into a thin rectangle. On one half of each rectangle, spread a thin layer of tomato paste, then top with pepperoni and shredded cheese. Carefully fold the other half over to create a stuffed pocket, pressing and tucking in the edges to seal. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese, then transfer to the air fryer. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. #highproteinrecipes #hotpockets

High Protein Salad Serves 4-5 Salad Ingredients - 1 large cucumber - 600g cherry tomatoes - 2 large capsicum - Large handful parsley - 1 fried onion - 2 tins roast chickpeas - 2 tins roast corn Dressing Ingredients - 5-6 heap tbsp Greek yoghurt - 1 juiced lime - Handful of dill - Swirl of oil olive - Garlic powder - Pepper - Water (to make consistency you want) Instructions - Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, capsicum and parsley and put into a bowl. - Roast the chickpeas and corn in the oven until golden. - Chop the onion and pan fry until cooked. - Once chickpeas, corn and onion are cool, add to the salad. - To make the dressing add all the ingredients to a bowl, adding garlic powder and pepper so preferred seasoning. Mix and add water to thin the mixture to desired consistency. - Add dressing to the salad and mix through. - Enjoy! - #mealprepideas #mealprep #highproteinrecipes #easyrecipes #recipeideas

Try this Mexican Chicken Rice Bowl, a super satisfying meal that comes in at 580 kcal and 48g protein. Perfect when you want something flavourful but still macro-friendly. Ingredients Chicken:- 140 g chicken breast ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garlic powder Salt & pepper Juice of ½ lemon Rice:- 100 g cooked rice 1 tbsp chopped coriander Juice of ½ lemon Pinch salt Beans Stir Fry:- 60 g boiled kidney beans 30 g bell peppers (chopped) Salt & pepper Guacamole:- ½ avocado Salt Lemon juice Little drizzle of honey (optional) Other 1 tbsp oil (for cooking) 1 tbsp sour cream (you can use greek yoghurt as well) Method Marinate chicken with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Slice it. In the same pan, quickly stir fry kidney beans and bell peppers with salt and pepper. Mix cooked rice with lemon juice, coriander and salt to make lemon cilantro rice. Mash avocado with lemon juice and salt to make guacamole. Assemble the bowl: rice → beans stir fry → sliced chicken → guacamole → sour cream. #lowcalorierecipes #highproteinmeals #highproteinrecipes #healthylifestyle

Try adding some chili flakes if you like some spice & make sure to save this recipe for your next meal prep day! 🔖 💪Macros per portion (makes 3) 544 cals - 33P - 78C - 12F ✨INGREDIENTS✨ 340g tempeh (1.5 package) 3 tbsp soy sauce 1.5 tbsp rice wine vinegar 3 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp sesame oil 1 clove garlic 1 inch cube of grated ginger 3 tbsp water + 3/4 tbsp cornstarch, mixed together 1 small red onion 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 1.5 cups chopped broccoli 1 cup baby corn (1 can) Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 tsp garlic powder 0.75 cups cooked brown rice for each meal Optional: too with sesame seeds & green onions 😋First make your teriyaki sauce. Add the ingredients into a pan, mix and bring to a simmer then thicken with a cornstarch slurry. Cook for a few minutes stirring continuously until thickened. 🥄 Add in your tempeh and toss to coat. 🥦 Cool your veggies of choice in some salt, pepper and garlic powder. 🙌 Divide into three containers along with 0.75 cups of cooked brown rice in each portion and top with some sesame seeds and green onions.
