ساخت پروتئين در هسته سلول هاى انسان ٢٣ جفت كروموزوم وجود دارد كه در زمان نياز سلول به پروتئين از حالت فشرده خود خارج مى شوند و در قسمت زن مورد نظر به صورت تك رشته اى در مى آيند. در اين زمان بليمراز به محل دقيقى در بالا دست زن متصل مى شود م RAE شروع به ساختن RNA با استفاده أوريبونكلونيداها مى كند (رونويسى). بعد از ساخت RNA تغييراتى در آن صورت مى كيرد و به mRNA تبديل مى كردد. اين مولكول از هسته سلول خارج شده و وارد سيتوپلاسم سلول مى شد. بعد ريبوزوم به آن متصل مى شد و شروع به ترجمه مولكول به پروتئين با استفاده از TRNA ها كه به اسيد آمينه متصل هستند، مى كند. در نهايت با ايجاد ساختار مولكولى سه بعدى وتغييرات ديكر پرونتئين اوليه به يك ماكرومولكول فعال پروتئينى تبديل مى كردد. #dna #protien #dna_to_protein #cell #nucleus #aenomics #chromosome #histone
