Easy way to bring back home-cooked meals 🍽️. **Gravy Recipe below 👇 White Country Gravy Recipe: Ingredients: 2 Tbsp butter 3 Tbsp grease drippings (or more butter) ½ cup all purpose flour 4 cups milk Salt Black pepper Instructions: 1. In a large skillet, heat the butter and grease over medium heat. Once melted, add the flour and stir for 1-2 minutes. 2. Once fully combined and slightly brown, slowly pour in the milk while stirring. 3. Continue to stir occasionally until desired thickness. Takes 5-10 minutes. 4. Rice Paper Shrimp Bites! These are sooo good. To make them, you need: Yield:14-16 pieces Ingredients: 250 grams peeled shrimp ⅛ teaspoon white pepper 50 grams garlic chives, chopped 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (use gluten-free oyster sauce if needed) 1 teaspoon sugar 2 sheets medium-sized rice paper Directions: 1. Peel the shrimp and process in a food processor or blender until a fine paste forms. 2. Combine the shrimp paste with white pepper, chives, cornstarch, oyster sauce, and sugar. 3. Take one sheet of rice paper and soak it in water for 3 seconds. Place the rice paper on a clean surface and wait for 20 seconds until the paper is soft. 4. Add half of the shrimp paste on the rice paper into a log shape and fold the right and left side inwards. Roll the rice paper up tightly like a burrito. Repeat this process to make a second roll. 5. Cut each roll into 7 or 8 pieces with a pair of scissors. 6. Lightly grease an air fryer and add the small bites in. 7. Air fry at 375 F for 12 minutes or until crispy. 8. Serve with sauce of choice. This ☝️ gets tossed with a sweet + savory chickpea date relish that adds the perfect chewy crunch & makes every bite interesting. hearty, fresh, & the kind of salad you actually crave. Texture wins every time. Save this for your next dinner rotation. 🥬✨ • For the almonds: ½ cup almonds 1-2 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp honey ¼ tsp salt 1 tbsp Italian seasoning For the chickpeas and dates: 1 15-oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained ⅔ cup chopped dates ½ cup chopped fresh parsley ½ cup finely chopped red onion 1 tbsp lemon zest Juice from one lemon ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 6 tbsp olive oil For the salad: 1 large head kale, finely chopped (5-6 cups) Olive oil Salt 4 cups finely chopped mini cucumber 1 cup ricotta cheese • 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 400. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2️⃣Add the almonds to the sheet pan, then drizzle with the olive oil and honey and season with the salt and Italian seasoning. 3️⃣Toss and place in the oven for about 5 minutes. Remove and allow them to cool, then chop them up and set aside.4️⃣Make the relish. Add the chickpeas, dates, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil to a small bowl and mix to combine. Set aside.5️⃣Add the kale to a large bowl, then drizzle with a little olive oil and a couple pinches of salt. Use your hands to massage the kale with the oil. 6️⃣Assemble the salad.
