A year since and I still can't stop my tears when I talk about her. Losing my grandma was like losing a part of my soul. A constant ache, a feeling of deep sadness just hanging about while you carry on with life, grief just packaged with a smile now. We go on but everything changed that day.

SAWelcome to Episode 3 of #InduScoopClub 🫶🏻 These homemade choco bars are creamy, rich, and incredibly easy to make! It’s perfect if you’re craving a chocolatey dessert that feels a little special but is still simple enough to make at home.
Ingredients:
55% Melted dark chocolate - 1 cup
Coconut oil-1/2tbsp
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4th cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
Pinch of salt
Process:
•On a double boiler melt the chocolate along with coconut oil.
•Once the chocolate is melted coat the paper glass throughout with melted chocolate and let it set in the fridge.
•Whip the cream with an electric beater or whisk until stiff peaks.
•Gently add in the condensed milk, vanilla paste and pinch of salt to it and combine everything without over mixing.
•Fill the chocolate coated glassses with the ice cream base, cover it with foil wrap and insert the wooden stick in centre.
•Let it seat for about 6-8hours or overnight in the freezer. Coat the top of the ice cream with remaining melted chocolate and let it set.
•Cut the paper cups, demould the ice cream and enjoy
