COCómo se que este fin de semana te van a dar ganas de comer flan casero te vuelvo a dejar la receta ! Después no digas que no te avise ! 😉😂😂😂
INGREDIENTES
* Para el caramelo: azúcar 150 gr y un poco de agua
* Para el flan: Leche entera 1000 cc, huevos 8, yemas 4 u, azúcar 200 gr y vaina de vainilla 1 u (en su reemplazo esencia de vainilla 1 cda)
PROCEDIMIENTO
* Para el caramelo colocar el azúcar en una olla con un poco de agua hasta que cubra la propia azúcar. Colocar en el fuego y no mezclar para evitar que cristalice. Si haces caramelo en seco, es decir sin agua mezclar con una cuchara de madera. Cuando el caramelo comienza a dorarse retirar del fuego, ya que sigue cocinándose. No debe quedar oscuro sino se quemará en el momento de colocar en el molde.
* Verter el caramelo en Eunices molde savarin de 22 cm, distribuir en forma pareja y dejar enfriar.
* En un bowl colocar los huevos, el azúcar y mezclar.
* En una olla colocar la leche y la vaina de vainilla partida junto con las semillas raspadas previamente. En caso de usar esencia de vainilla mezclar con los huevos y el azúcar.
* Llevar al fuego mezclando de tanto en tanto hasta entibiar. No debe estar la leche demasiado caliente sino coagulará la mezcla de huevos.
* Verter la lecha en el bowl junto la mezcla de huevos, azúcar y mezclar.
* Dejar reposar la mezcla unos minutos, filtrar en un colador de malla fina y verter en el molde.
* Colocarlo en una bandeja para horno con bordes altos y verter agua tibia para cocinar a baño de María. Si se lo desea puede cocinarse tapado con un papel de aluminio.
* Cocinar en horno a 140º hasta que esté firme. El tiempo de cocción depende del tipo de molde, aproximadamente entre 1 hora y 1 hora 20. Si querés un flan con burbuja cocinadlo a temperatura más alta.
* Dejar enfriar y refrigerar.
* Lo ideal antes de desmoldar es que repose en la heladera mínimo 12 horas para que el caramelo se disuelva.
* Desmoldar antes de consumir.
* Listo! A disfrutar!

TRCaramel Sauce
- 1 cup sugar
-6 T soft butter
-1/2 cup cream
Melt sugar in a pan over med/low heat. It will look rocky and wrong but keep going. Once fully melted add butter and stir until incorporated completely.
