Drove my agent (and myself) bananas. ⠀ What I didn’t understand at the time: a well-priced home doesn’t sell for less. It sells faster, to more buyers, with more competition driving the number up anyway. The price I was fighting to avoid was actually the price that would have worked hardest for me. ⠀ If you’re selling and you’re stuck in your own head about pricing — you’re not alone.
