When the fridge is empty and you’re craving some protein… @inolgaskitchen knows exactly what to plate up for the right gaaaains 💪💪 Cauliflower Rice with Chicken Breast Ingredients: 1/2 head of cauliflower 1/2 red onion 1 leek 2 cloves of garlic 1 red bell pepper 1 cup of fresh peas 2 eggs 2 chicken breasts Coriander for garnish Preparation: Finely chop the raw cauliflower in a blender. Chop the onions and leek, then sauté briefly in a pan. Add garlic and dried chili pepper, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add finely chopped bell pepper and fresh peas. Finally, beat 2 eggs and quickly mix them into the mixture in the pan, then fry briefly. Mix the spices: sweet paprika, ground coriander, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with this spice mixture and fry each side for 2-3 minutes until they achieve a beautiful color, depending on thickness. Be careful not to overcook, so the meat remains juicy. You can always check the chicken with a thermometer; once it reaches 64 degrees Celsius, it’s ready. This dish is rich in vitamins and minerals low in carbs and high protein. 😎

Recipe • 1 pack filo pastry • 200 g grated cheese (Gouda, Kashkaval, or your favorite) • ¼ bunch parsley, chopped • 2 eggs • 100 ml cream • 100 ml vegetable oil • Salt, to taste • Black pepper or other spices (paprika, chili flakes, nutmeg — optional) 1. Whisk together eggs, cream, oil, salt, and spices. 2. Cut filo pastry into strips. 3. Brush a pan with oil and layer half of the filo strips, drizzle with egg mixture. 4. Add cheese + parsley. 5. Cover with the remaining filo, pour over the rest of the egg mix. 6. Cook on very low heat for ~15 minutes until golden. Flip carefully, cook the other side until fully set. 7. Rich, gooey, and full of deep chocolate flavor with a hint of citrus from the candied orange — and a swirl of creamy Nutella. ✨ Confession: I tried this skillet version out of curiosity — and yes, it works. It’s soft, rich, and perfect when you want dessert now. But honestly? I still prefer the classic oven-baked brownie — that crispy crust and fudgy middle are unbeatable. Still, this one will absolutely do when you don’t want to turn on the oven. 😉 Ingredients: • 1 bar dark chocolate (90–100 g), melted • 2 tbsp Nutella (or any chocolate-hazelnut spread) • 3 medium eggs • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk (130 ml) • ¾ cup wheat flour (100 g) • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (45 g) • 1 tsp baking powder (4 g) • A pinch of salt • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Topping: candied orange pieces + a few chunks of dark chocolate ⏱ Time: 10–12 minutes 🔥 Skillet: non-stick, medium heat, covered Steps: 1️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly. 2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then stir in the melted chocolate and Nutella. 3️⃣ Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth. 4️⃣ Pour the batter into a lightly greased skillet, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat. 5️⃣ When the top starts to set, add candied orange and chocolate chunks. 6️⃣ Cover again and cook 5 more minutes — until set but still fudgy inside. Shakshukita Sweet little shakshuka with quail egg and feta 🍅🥚 🥄 Ingredients (for 2 mini portions): • 200–300 g cherry tomatoes (12–14 pcs) • 1 red bell pepper • ½ green chili pepper • 2 shallot • 2 garlic cloves • 3 tbsp canned crushed tomatoes (Mutti-style) • Olive oil • Salt • Freshly ground black pepper • A pinch of cumin (kamun) • Crumbled feta • 2 quail eggs • Fresh parsley ⸻ 🔥 Preparation: Chop shallot & garlic. Sauté in olive oil. Add chopped red bell pepper and chili — cook for a few minutes. Then add cherry tomatoes and crushed tomatoes. Simmer 10–15 minutes until saucy and sweet. Season with salt, black pepper & cumin. Spoon into small baking pots. Top with feta and crack a quail egg on each. Ingredients: For the base • 4–5 medium potatoes • 100 g grated Parmesan • Salt & freshly ground black pepper For the topping • 2 yellow zucchinis • 2 green zucchinis • 2 leeks • 1 large onion • 4 shallots For the filling • 100 g heavy cream • 2 large eggs • Salt & freshly ground black pepper • Extra Parmesan for the top Preparation: 1. Make the potato base • Boil the potatoes until soft. • Mash with a fork and mix in the Parmesan. • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. • Press the mixture firmly into a 26 cm tart pan to form the crust. • Optional: pre-bake the base for 10 minutes at 180°C for extra crispiness (I didn’t, but you can). 2. Prepare the zucchini spiral • Slice the zucchinis into very thin ribbons using a peeler or mandoline. • Arrange them in a spiral, starting from the center and working outward. • Lightly season the zucchinis with salt and pepper. 3. Make the onion filling • Thinly slice the leeks, onion, and shallots. • Sauté them together until soft and lightly golden. • Whisk the eggs with the cream and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. • Combine the egg mixture with the sautéed onions. 4. Assemble the tarte • Place the zucchini spiral over the potato base. • Pour the onion–cream mixture gently over the zucchini so it seeps between the ribbons. • Sprinkle with extra Parmesan. • Bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set. Plum Focaccia 🍑✨ Golden, sweet & savory. Plums & goat cheese magic. Ingredients: • 500 g spelt or all-purpose flour • 7 g dry yeast • 1 tbsp date syrup (silan) • 2 tsp salt • 320–350 ml warm water • 3 tbsp olive oil (+ extra for greasing) • 4–5 ripe plums, sliced into wedges • 80–100 g soft goat cheese • A few sprigs of fresh rosemary • A pinch of flaky sea salt • Optional: drizzle of honey for serving Method: 1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, silan, and salt. 2. Add 320 ml warm water and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix well until you get a soft, sticky dough. If needed, add a little more water. 3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise at room temperature for 1–1.5 hours, until it has doubled in size. 4. Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Spread the dough evenly on the tray and gently stretch it out to fit. Let it rest again for 30 minutes. 5. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (430 °F). 6. Using your fingertips, press small dimples into the surface of the dough. Arrange the plum wedges, pressing them lightly into the dough. Crumble the goat cheese on top and sprinkle with fresh rosemary leaves. 7. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt. 8. Protein heaven in 20 minutes! 💛 Tuna Salad: • 2 cans good-quality tuna (remove from the can without the oil or liquid) • ½ tbsp capers • 2–3 pickles (finely chopped) • ½ crisp sweet-sour apple • 2 tbsp good mayo (Tomi/Heiman) • Freshly ground black pepper Optional twist: add a tiny touch of wasabi for a spicy, playful kick. No extra salt needed — capers + pickles do the job. → Take the tuna out of the can (without the liquid/oil), chop everything finely, and mix. Crispy Egg “Buns”: Boil eggs for 7 minutes → coat in flour → dip in beaten egg (season the egg with salt and your favorite spices — I added Italian “Toscana” herbs and a hint of chili) → coat in breadcrumbs → fry for about 30 seconds until golden. Slice each egg in half, add a spoonful of tuna salad, close it like a mini burger, and secure with a skewer. That’s it — fun, gorgeous, crunchy, and sooo satisfying. Enjoy!
