 ☀️ Golden Morning Tonic - I drink this every single morning. * 1 cup warm water (not boiling) * Fresh grated ginger * Almost 1 tbsp turmeric (I like organic ground turmeric - less messy than fresh) * Pinch of black pepper (do not forget the pep! It activates the turmeric) * 1 tsp raw honey (add after it cools) 🥛 Golden Milk - I will drink this 2-3 times a week.
