Comment “AI” to get the job hunting tool that’s saving people so much time👇 I wasted 4 months, applied to 200+ jobs. Not one offer. LinkedIn messages to recruiters? Straight ignored. Resumes I spent all night tailoring? Didn’t help. 5-round interviews that ended with “we loved you but...” ghosting. Job hunting feels like a scam now - companies waste your time, hide salaries, drag you through endless loops. ‼️🚩 Smart engineers at AI startups & top tech stopped playing this game. They’re getting companies chasing ‘them’ instead. You wasting months too? Drop “AI”👇 (ai tools, ai, job hunting, engineer jobs, AI jobs, tech jobs, software engineer, job search 2026, getting ghosted, interview tips, AI startups, tech hiring, remote engineering jobs, ML engineer, data scientist hiring, startup jobs, career change tech, stop wasting time applying to jobs, how to make companies hire you, how to make companies find you, AI jobs, hiring) StanReach:8M1aw #ai #jobsearch #jobhunt #aijobs #viral

1. resilience without applause: when you’re pushing through job rejections, no one is clapping for you. no one is affirming the effort it takes just to keep going. you have to stay strong even when nobody is watching. you learn to be resilient for yourself, not for approval or applause. 2. discipline without deadlines: when you lose the structure of a job, you lose built-in accountability. no boss is checking in. no manager is defining success for you. it’s on you to create structure, stay consistent, and move forward without someone watching over your shoulder. 3. confidence without validation: even while unemployed, you still have to show up as your best self. there are no promotions, projects, or performance reviews reinforcing your value. confidence can’t come from external achievements. it has to come from within. 4. patience without guarantees: job hunting is a long game. it might be one month. it might be one year. there are no promises about when the opportunity will come. all you can do is control your effort, stay prepared, and hold steady long enough for the right door to open. #careertok #careertransition #jobsearchjourney #unemployment #careergrowth

“Mass applying is stupid, you won’t get a job like that.” That’s what people kept telling me when I graduated in the USA on a visa. Reality check: as an international student, my options were already filtered vs. citizens/green card holders. I brought 4+ years of prior work experience (huge help!), but if you have zero experience, build personal projects, freelance gigs, or internships to strengthen your profile. Here’s my exact strategy that landed me my first US job: • Created 2 separate email accounts JUST for job applications • Used resumeworded.com to optimize my resume to 98% ATS score • Mass applied every single day, my husband helped from the 2nd email when he had time • Messaged 20+ recruiters & college alumni daily on LinkedIn for referrals • Followed up relentlessly (never thought ‘I’m being too much’) Truth: Mass applying won’t always get your dream role. But when you’re on a visa with a ticking clock, you need A job first to get your foot in the door, then you level up. This relentless approach worked for me. Save this post, share it with someone job hunting on visa, and comment: What’s YOUR biggest job search struggle right now?” Follow me for more 🤍 Career, ambition, life in USA

You have 6 seconds to pass your resume through. If your bullets don’t start with these two, you’re losing. (Me? Worked at Amazon, Meta and Tiktok among others. Not an expert, but happy to share what I know) Stop writing your resume like a list of chores. Recruiters don’t care what you were supposed to do—they care what you actually achieved. Here is the 3-step framework to fix it (use Story Bank in Day 1 to transfer over): • Qualitative (Result first): Instead of “built a dashboard,” lead with: “Reduced seller support tickets by 30% by designing a performance health dashboard for 10k+ vendors.” • Quantitative (Metric first): Instead of “educated sellers,” lead with: “Drove $1.2M in GMV growth by shipping an automated tool that identified inventory gaps.” • Keyword Optimization: A generic resume won’t pass the ATS. Use AI to map the specific keywords from the Job Description into your stories. If the AI doesn’t see the match, a human never will. Stop being “responsible for” things and start owning your results. Next Step: Now that your resume doesn’t suck, we need recruiters to find you. Tomorrow: LinkedIn SEO. This is Day 2 of 7 Days of Job Hunting Quest. Follow so you don’t miss the bag. Comment “RESUME” to be waitlisted for the full free guide at the end of 7 days. #jobsearch #resumehelp #layoffs #techcareers

During my own job search, I realized something important: 👉 The difference between getting ignored vs getting interviews often comes down to who is advocating for you internally. Referrals change the game. Here’s the simple strategy I’ve seen work repeatedly for job seekers (especially newcomers and early-career professionals). Save this for later. Step 1: Who should you ask for referrals? In this order: 1️⃣ Direct acquaintances People who already know you. 2️⃣ Your LinkedIn connections Even weak connections can help. 3️⃣ People with the “Hiring” label on LinkedIn Go to: Company page → People → search “Hiring” 4️⃣ People active on LinkedIn Check who has posted or commented recently. 💡 Pro tip: Aim for 8–10 people per company, not just one. Step 2: What to message (templates) Connection request Hi [Name], I came across an opening at [Company] for [Role] and noticed you work there. I’m currently working as a [your role] and have experience in [relevant skill/area]. Would really appreciate connecting and learning more about the team. If they accept your request, message: Hi [Name], Thanks for accepting my request. I recently applied to the [Role] position at [Company] and would really appreciate a referral if possible. Sharing my resume here. Happy to provide any additional details if helpful. Thank you! Then, Follow-up message: Hi [Name], Just checking in to see if you had a chance to refer me for the [Role] position at [Company]. Also wanted to ask if there’s a specific portal or recruiter I should follow up with to track my application. Thanks again for your support!” One mistake many people make They ask for referrals… but never follow up. Once I started tracking referrals and following up, my interview chances increased 2–3x. If you’re job searching right now: Stop applying alone. Start activating your network. It can completely change your results. If this helped you, follow @saraswatritika and save this post and send it to someone currently job hunting. #jobsearch #jobseekers #jobseeking #career #referrals

If you are still applying to jobs the old way in 2026, you are wasting hours every week. Most candidates scroll job boards and apply randomly. The smarter approach is using tools that instantly show you real job openings and the skills recruiters repeatedly ask for. Open Claude, enable the Apify connector, and run a prompt that searches recent job postings from LinkedIn. Within seconds you can see job titles, companies, locations, posting dates, and the exact skills hiring managers expect for your role. Modern job hunting is not about sending more applications. Modern job hunting is about understanding the market and applying strategically. Send this to a friend who is still mass applying to jobs without a clear strategy. Comment SETUP and I will send the step by step guide to configure this workflow.

How to prep for an interview in under 1 hour ✅ Send yourself this post so you don’t lose it. 1️⃣ (10 min) Do a gap analysis: Copy the job description and paste into a google doc. Form there highlights the bullet points you have (green) vs don’t have (red) from the job description. Under each one of the ones you have, add examples when you showed those skills (ex: managed multiple projects). For the ones you don’t have, add anything that has overlap with those skills. 2️⃣ (10 min) Research the company: Don’t just skim the website, dig deeper. Use ChatGPT with a prompt like: “I’m interviewing a [Role] at [Company]. Tell me everything I need to know for the interview. What are the top priorities and challenges for [Company] in 2025?” Look for product launches, leadership updates, press releases, recent news, and how they make money. Show you understand their world. 3️⃣(10 min) Find the likely questions: Head to Glassdoor and look for real interview questions from that company. Then put together in a doc the 10 most common behavioral questions to start preparing for them (like: Tell me about a time you failed). Pro tip: Don’t memorize the script. Prepare 3 stories that you can repurpose across a few questions. 4️⃣ (20 min) Practice your answers: For behavioral interview questions use SAR: Situation, Action, Result. To prepare, use tools like ChatGPT to test your answers. Prompt idea: “Give me feedback on this answer using the SAR method. Here’s the question and here’s my answer…” 5️⃣ (10 min) Prep 3–5 smart questions to ask them: Asking high performer questions is key. For example: 1. What are the top 2 traits that make people most successful in this role? 2. What’s the biggest challenge your team is facing today that I can come help solve? 3. What does a high performer look like in the first 90 days? This is your chance to show you’re not just job hunting, you’re intentional. You got this 💪 🔥If you want my interview guide with more actionable tips, just comment “Guide” below 😉 #interviewtips #interviewprep #jobsearching

Five months of nonstop applying. 1,388 applications. 88 interviews. And today, I finally got my first job offer in Germany. It didn’t come easy. I’m in my 5th semester. I didn’t even have my TOR. My German is still basic. I’ve been in Germany for almost three years, doing odd mazdoori jobs just to survive. There were days I felt stuck. Days I was exhausted. Days I genuinely wondered if this was ever going to work out. At one point, I made a decision. I gave myself a hard deadline: six months to get an offer. No excuses. I treated job hunting like a full-time job. Six to eight hours every single day. Applying. Fixing my CV. Improving LinkedIn. Preparing for interviews. Getting rejected. Then waking up and doing it all over again. There were countless no’s. A lot of silence. And plenty of self-doubt. But I didn’t stop. And today is proof of one simple thing: consistency works. If you keep showing up, even when it feels pointless, results eventually come. If you’re struggling right now and need guidance, my DMs are always open. I’ve also put together a complete job guide that helped me survive this process. Comment “JOB” and I’ll share it with you. Follow for real, honest content about studying, working, and surviving in Germany. #job #internship #jobsingermany #studyabroad #careerguidance international student, pakistani in germany, expats in germany marketing performance, marketer, student in Germany, working student, job market in germany, career guide, meesumcasm rewrite this a bit make it more powerful emotional motivational
