The Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, has warned actress Sarah Martins to stop cooking and sharing food on the streets of Lagos. According to him, while the government appreciates the charitable effort, cooking or distributing food on public roads is not allowed. He said she was already warned about the same issue last year.
