When I started Eco-Inspire, I did not have institutional access to dozens of schools. I did not have a large budget or built in distribution. So I started with one school. I ran pilots. I listened. I refined. I leveraged teacher networks. Constraint sharpened my understanding. It did not weaken it.
That is the deeper lesson here. Entrepreneurial thinking is not about glamour. It is about agency. It is about removing the excuse that you need more before you begin.
In a world where tools, knowledge, and platforms have been democratized, hesitation is often the only real barrier. Entrepreneurial thinking forces you to act with what you already have. It demands responsibility. It demands clarity. It demands courage.
