STcrispy onion ring chips 🤯
Only 2 main ingredients and zero effort.
The OG recipe used:
White onion
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Any seasonings you like
How it’s done:
– Spread the cheese out on baking paper
– Layer the onion rings over the top
– Season generously (get creative here)
– Light spray of olive oil
– Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes
– Lift them out and let them cool (this is where they crisp up 👀)
My macro friendly version:
100g onion
100g Eatlean protein cheese
Whole tray macros:
208 cals | 38g protein | 3g fat | 10g carbs
Crunchy. Cheesy. Ridiculously low calorie.
