MINDSET MONDAY: Your life isn’t random… it’s curated by your level of intention. Most people don’t like hearing that. Because it’s easier to believe: “I’m just busy.” “I’ve had bad luck.” “I’ll start when things settle down.” But if we’re being honest… A lot of people aren’t stuck. They’re just living on autopilot. Wake up → react → get through the day → repeat. No direction. No purpose. No intention behind what they’re doing. And then they look up 6 months… a year… 5 years later and wonder why nothing changed. Here’s the shift: 👉 Your life is a collection of repeated decisions. 👉 And those decisions are either intentional… or they’re default. The way you train. The way you eat. The way you carry yourself. We can’t always control what’s happening around us, but we can control what we give our attention to. And that changes often more than we think. Every second we spend watching something we are feeding it and telling the algorithm, “more of this” and we push it further. Even if we don’t like it. Even if it frustrates us. It all counts for the same. But more importantly, we’re telling our mind the same thing. So if we constantly feel distracted, negative, or overwhelmed, it’s worth asking..What are we actually giving our attention to? . . . #mindset #mindfulness

You’re not tired of work — you’re tired of work that doesn’t mean anything to you. When your work doesn’t match who you are, your energy drops fast. But when your purpose gets clearer, your energy comes back with it. You don’t need more rest. You need more alignment. Find the thing that actually lights you up, and watch how fast your energy returns.

The only way to continue doing what you’re doing while also prioritizing your health is to be brutally honest with your schedule and find gaps. Once we decide to do something, our brains immediately think of all the possible solutions. Our minds are that of creative, and solution based.
