If your lower back is always tight, this might be why. - Release hip flexors & lower back - Strengthen glutes - Strengthen hamstrings - Train your core to control position I used to have a pretty noticeable anterior pelvic tilt when I was younger, and it led to a lot of lower back pain especially during long jump. For me personally strengthening my core was the biggest contributor.
