As a nutritionist, I look at Lipedema through the lens of metabolic inflammation and fluid retention. STRENGTH, WEIGHT LOSS, IMPROVE BALANCE, HEART HEALTH, LYMPHATIC HEALTH, TONING THE BODY, IMPROVED DIGESTION, STRESS RELIEF, IMPROVED POSTURE, ALL OF THE ABOVE. ➡️How much do you love it? ➡️How often do you want to relieve stress? ➡️How does your body feel after 3, 6, 12, 15, 30, minutes, etc. ➡️Is your lymphatic system clogged? ✨️2-3 minutes/day may help to stimulate lymphatic system for up to an hour. ✨️3-10 minutes + nasal breathing to help expand lung capacity ✨️5-10 can help balance For all of the above I recommend⬇️ Radical Rebounding is a full body strength workout with cardio benefits. Begin with 5 minutes, ease into 10 minutes (increase weekly if you are new to this), gently move to 30 minutes. When you're system has become familiar and your goals change to building strength and losing weight, increase to 45 minutes, 3 times/week At about week 4or 6, you'll add a 60 minute class 2×/week in addition to 2- 45 minute sessions. To maintain health, longevity, joy, and all of the above, do Radical Rebounding everyday w/4 of those days being 45-60 minutes sessions.
