My 10-day meal plan (5 hours of cooking🥵) | Meal plan and prep idea 👇 Home lunch: Pineapple pulissery with matta rice and kaya upperi (protein source - omelette/air-fried chicken/fish fry ) Office lunch (no heavy Indian masalas): Brown rice with salmon and broccoli. Brown rice with air-fried chicken and bell peppers. Dinner: Fish curry with puttu for three days. Spinach dal with chapati for three days. One day chicken wrap or salad. Weekend : eating out🫣 Breakfast mostly: Bread omelette, avocado toast or smoothies. Saturdays and Sundays for cafe hopping🥲 Storage plan: I cooked these items on Sunday. So portions until Wednesday are kept in the fridge. and the rest in the freezer. Ahhh😍now just minimal cooking for the next 10 days. I usually cook 3–4 dishes, but this time I went all in.The mental load is much lighter now🫣🥹 . .
