VAWhen it comes to mold you better believe I’m going to be using @clorox Tilex cleaner because it WORKS!

This is what I do:
1. Remove everything out of the shower
2. Spray your Clorox Tilex cleaner everywhere and be generous
3. Spray every hour for the next 5-6 hours depending on how bad your mold is.
4. Scrub and rinse and you’re done happy cleaning!!!
* You can’t use Clorox Tilex on natural stone which includes marble quartz and granite. I would definitely hire a professional mold remover for the natural stones.

THMost of us know that mold is not very good for our health, but did you know mold is actually a trigger for chronic conditions?
That’s because mold weakens our immune system, leaving room for viruses and bacteria to thrive.
You need to look out for mold, especially when you are already dealing with chronic health symptoms or respiratory issues.
Since we found mold in our current home, I have been focusing on foods that help remove it from my body.
If you also have been exposed to mold, don’t panic. Here are some foods and herbs that help remove mold from our body:
- Apples remove mold from our gut (red skinned apples are best).
- The skin of an apricot collects and destroys mold (and other unproductive fungus in the body).
- Dates bind onto, destroy and sweep away mold from the gut.
- The skin of figs feed good bacteria and kill mold.
- The powerful micronutrients in grapes expel mold from the digestive tract.
- Kiwis help fight off mold in the digestive system.
- Melons bind onto poisons in the body, including mold.
- Oranges and tangerines can kill off mold inside the body.
- Leafy greens can loosen trapped yeast and mold in the body.
- Celery juice breaks down mold in the body.
- Aloe vera will neutralize mold in the gut.
- Aromatic herbs like sage, rosemary, thyme and oregano fight mold.
- Mold exposure shot from @medicalmedium (you can find this one online).
Other foods that are helpful against mold: pears, pomegranates, sweet potatoes, lemons, limes, garlic, roseships, potatoes, radishes, winter squash and bananas.
Besides focusing on foods that remove mold, we need to keep our immune system strong. Zinc and Vitamin C are very helpful for this.

CLYes I ignored all of the warning signs that I was slowly and silently being poisoned by my home!!! It started off simply with just dark circles under my eyes and I thought nothing of it at the time because I surfed every day it was out in the sun sometimes I don’t know where I would get random anxiety, which was another hallmark that there was something deeper going on slowly I started getting worse and that anxiety turned into panic attacks and feeling wiped out after every surf in every sport, I did, I had no idea at the time, but it was our house slowly poisoning me with mold behind the walls, it’s a silent killer that not a lot of people talk about my sickness kept progressing, and eventually we did find out that there was mold and now I have something called CIRS because of it, I want you to know what’s wrong before it’s too late and don’t take these warning signs for granted it can sneak up on you, do not be afraid, but be aware of your health and what your body is trying to tell you because I can give you warning signs before anything ever happens!!!
