I am using part of a hurdle as a dowel. • Partner tosses a ball. • Student must catch and return the ball without letting the dowel fall to the floor. Why it works: • Sharpens hand-eye coordination • Builds reaction timing under pressure • Reinforces body control and focus Use it as a 5–8 minute warm-up or a rotation station. No fancy equipment.
