Ingredientes:
Cottage cheese (good culture) 220g
Fair life milk (fat free) 1/2 cup
Protein pasta (barilla) 8oz
Light cream cheese (Philadelphia 1/3 less fat) 4tbsp or 62g
Chicken breast (each breast about 10oz cut them in half to serve)
Olive oil 2tbsp
Paprika, salt, pepper
Chicken bouillon (knorr sabor de pollo) 2 cucharadas
1/2 can chipotle pepper (si te gusta más picosa échale más 🥹)
1/2 cebolla 🧅 y 3 pedazos de garlic 🧄
Instrucciones:
💖Sazona el pollo con olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika a tu gusto y ponlo en una cacerola y ásalo asta que quede bien cocinado.
💖hierve la pasta en agua, and drained it onced cooked.
💖en una licuadora agrega el cottage cheese, leche, cebolla y garlic, cream cheese y knorr sabor de pollo y 1/2 lata de chipotle peppers. Licúalo.
💖 échale la salsa q acabas de hacer a la pasta cuando esté cocinada.
Listo!! Agrega el pollo asado a tu pasta. 5oz de pollo per serving! (Divide tu pollo)
