OOWhen my baby turned one month old, I suddenly noticed tiny bumps all over the face and body.
I panicked. I overthought. I wondered if I did something wrong 😕
I googled, asked people, and honestly… I was scared.
Later, I learned this is very common in newborns.
It’s usually baby acne, milia, or mild heat rash — caused by leftover maternal hormones and sensitive, immature baby skin.
✔ Not an allergy
✔ Not an infection
✔ Not painful
✔ Clears on its own with time
I didn’t apply creams or home remedies.
I just kept my baby’s skin clean and let it breathe 🤍
