Recipe: Ingredients: 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 sweet onion, finely chopped 2 pounds of ground beef 1 teaspoon of kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 heaping teaspoon of Ras el Hanut 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of date syrup 3 boiled potatoes 4 matzot, cracked 1/2 cup of water 3 eggs Pinch of salt 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced 1/4 teaspoon of flaky salt Garnish: Drizzle of tahini Chopped parsley A touch of sumac Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 420°F (220°C). 2. In a skillet over medium heat, pour in the olive oil, add the chopped onion, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add the ground beef and spread it out using a wooden spoon. 4. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Ras el Hanut, tomato paste, and date syrup. Mix everything together and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned. 5. Add the boiled potatoes and shred them over the beef. Stir to combine and let it cool for 10 minutes. 6. In a large bowl, combine the cracked matzot, water, and eggs. Mix well. 7. Add the beef and potato mixture and mix until fully incorporated. 8. Lightly spray a ceramic pan with avocado oil, then spread the beef mixture evenly in the pan. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with flaky salt. 9. Bake at 420°F for 35 minutes. 10. Switch the oven to convection broil at 450°F and broil for 5-7 minutes. 11. Garnish with a drizzle of tahini, chopped parsley, and a touch of sumac. Enjoy! ✨This is one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had and somehow it’s kosher for passover, nut free and gluten free (aka not gebrochts). It tastes like a brownie but in cake form - not sure that makes sense but trust me! Don’t forget to save it! ✨ Details ⬇️ Triple Chocolate Brownie Cake (nut free, Passover) @erin.eats.mtl Ingredients: 2 cups chocolate chips, melted (I like to microwave in 30 second intervals and then stir) 1.5 cups sugar 1 cup oil 4 large eggs 2 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp instant coffee grinds (don’t worry, the cake doesn’t taste like coffee at all - this just deepens the flavor) 1 tbsp passover baking powder 1 box instant chocolate pudding powder (I used osem brand) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup hot water Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together melted chocolate, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Combine cocoa, coffee, baking powder, pudding powder and salt. Fold into melted chocolate mixture. Gently fold in hot water. Grease a bundt pan and coat with a thin layer of cocoa powder. Pour cake batter into pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. I can’t wait for you to enjoy this insanely delicious cake!! Cooking time will vary in a foil pan - I have not tested it! #passoverrecipes #pesach #glutenfreedessert #chocolatecakes

Sweet, nutty, chocolatey and completely irresistible 🍫🥥✨ Ingredients • 16 soft dates 🌴, pitted • ½ cup chocolate chips • 1 tsp coconut oil or neutral oil • ½ cup coconut flakes 🥥 • ½ cup slivered almonds 🌰 • ½ cup sesame seeds Instructions 1. Line your surface with parchment paper and lightly spray with coconut oil. 2. Arrange the dates 🌴 in 4 rows of 4 on the parchment. 3. Lightly spray the dates with a little more coconut oil. 4. Place another sheet of parchment on top. 5. Press down firmly and roll with a rolling pin until the dates form a thin sheet, almost like carpaccio. 6. (Optional - Additional 1/2c mix ins- chopped pecans, crushed cookies, sprinkles...) Additional chopped chocolate for topping, if desired. For vanilla cookie stick Additional 3 tbsp almond flour For double chocolate cookie stick Additional 3 tbsp cocoa powder In a bowl, with a wooden spoon, mix sugars with oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Add in dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Divide dough in half. To one half add 3 tbsp almond flour to the other half add 3 tbsp cocoa powder. Add the chopped chocolate to both batters. On a parchment lined baking sheet, shape into two skinny,long logs. Top with additional chopped chocolate if desired. (Don’t flatten... cookies will flatten as they bake) Bake on convection at 340 for 14-15 minutes (rotating pan halfway) or until edges are golden. (If using regular bake it will take at least 20 minutes or more) Cool before slicing.

I’ll send the link straight to your inbox✨ Perfect for Passover, naturally gluten free, and the ultimate side dish for your holiday table✨ Yields about 6 to 8 servings Ingredients • 8 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1 tablespoon salt (for the water) Seasoning • 1 tablespoon paprika • 2 teaspoons salt • 1 teaspoon black pepper • 1 tablespoon garlic powder • ½ cup olive oil • 3 tablespoons potato starch Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Peel, wash, and cut your potatoes into even wedges. 3. Add potatoes to a large pot. Cover with water, then add baking soda and 1 tablespoon salt. 4. Bring to a boil and cook for about 8 minutes, just until a knife slides in easily. Do not overcook. 5. Drain the potatoes. No need to rinse. Shake the pot gently to rough up the edges. This step is key for that crispy texture. 6. Add paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, and potato starch. Toss well until fully coated. 7. Transfer to a baking sheet and spread in a single layer. No parchment paper, you want direct contact with the pan for maximum crispiness. 8. One bowl carrot cake -kfp(gluten free) The perfect pesach snack enjoy this with a cup of coffee or on its own 🥕 Ingredients: -3 large eggs -2 TBS of either butter/coconut oil(refined is great too )or margarine -2 TBS unsweetened apple sauce -1/2 cup maple syrup (followers told me they used honey instead and was great ) -1 cup shredded carrot (2 medium carrots ) -1 tsp cinnamon -1.5 cup almond flour -1/2 cup arrowroot starch or potato starch -1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp baking soda -1/4 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) And prepare a loaf pan 2. In a mixing bowl add in the eggs,oil/butter,Apple sauce ,maple syrup ,carrots and cinnamon mix well. 3. Add in the almond flour ,arrowroot starch or potato starch ,baking powder,baking soda and salt Stir until well combined,don’t over mix . 4.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly. 5.Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Recipe: Ingredients: For roasting: 1 green cabbage, cut in half and thinly sliced 1 sweet large onion, cut in half and thinly sliced 2 cups precooked quinoa 1 teaspoon flaky maldon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil For the salad: Handful parsley, finely chopped Handful mint leaves, finely chopped Handful dill leaves, finely chopped 4 cucumbers, diced 3 scallions, chopped 8 pitted dates, chopped Handful roasted nuts, roughly chopped 1 teaspoon flaky salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon sumac 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Juice of 1 large lemon 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon honey or date syrup Method: 1. Preheat the oven to convection broil at 450F. 2. Place the sliced cabbage, onion, and quinoa on a baking pan. Season with flaky salt, black pepper, and olive oil. 3. In a large salad bowl, place the chopped herbs, cucumbers, scallions, dates, and nuts. 6. Let the roasted cabbage, onion, and quinoa cool slightly, then add them to the bowl. 7.
