Can I put creatine in my coffee? Technically yes, but not too hot!!! Creatine will break down around 145 degrees . Ideally we would like it to stay below 140 degrees and most coffee is served at 190 degrees. If you are making coffee at home I’d suggest keeping the water temp around 140 to assure that your creatine is not breaking down to creatinine before you drink it . Ideally you should put your creatine in a different drink something that is not so hot but if you’re actually going to take it in regularly is putting in your coffee then as I always say consistency is better than nothing.
