It particularly matters for little babies and those with digestive concerns. I DO feel like the venting system makes things better for babies. Other things about Philips AVENT: -Natural Response is NOT the same nipple as the Natural nipple. So confusing. Philips AVENT natural response has a VERY slow flow, which can sometimes be harmful to sleepy babies. -Philips anti colic is a different shape, venting system, and has different flow. -screwing the collar on too tight can cause it to leak and not vent properly# Comment BOTTLE GUIDE & I will send you the pros and cons of the top 10 bottles in the US.
