This waffle tofu recipe from @itdoesnttastelikechicken is so easy, you can make it for a quick snack right in your waffle maker! Just cut a block of tofu into 4 slices lengthwise, coat in cornstarch, let it cook in your waffle maker for 10 minutes while you whip up the yummy sauce, and enjoy your high protein savory snack! Peciva bez brašna Sastojci: • 150 g crvene leće • 1 žličica soli • 2 žlice maslinovog ulja • 100 ml vode • 4 žlice psyllium ljuspica • 1 prašak za pecivo Priprema: Leću namočiti najmanje 2 sata, a najbolje preko noći. Ocijediti je i izblendati s vodom u glatku smjesu. Smjesu izliti u posudu i dodati sol, maslinovo ulje, psyllium i prašak za pecivo. Sve dobro promiješati Ostaviti smjesu da stoji 10 minuta kako bi psyllium nabubrio. Ruke lagano namazati uljem i oblikovati kuglice. Slagati na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje. Peći na 180 °C oko 25 minuta. Peciva su mekana, bez brašna i super kao zdrava zamjena za kruh #pecivo #proteinmeal #plantbased #vegeterianrecipes #reels

Spicy Cabbage Salad Follow us @littlericenoodles for more vegan Asian recipes We are resharing with you one of our top 3 popular recipes from this year🤗This is one of our favourite salads, it is for those hot days when we don’t feel like cooking but still want something full of flavors and meanwhile refreshing😋 You can transfer a whole head of cabbage into a big bowl of salad, simply slice it very thinly and season with a few ingredients😌 Ingredients cabbage 500g garlic 5 cloves chili flakes 2 tbsp soy sauce 5 tbsp dark Chinese vinegar 3 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp canola oil 4 tbsp Recipe 1.Slice the cabbage as thinly as possible(discard the stem part). Put it in a big bowl, chop the garlic finely and add it on top of the cabbage. Add chili flakes and sesame oil. 2.Heat up the canola oil over high heat until it’s very hot(about 180C or 356F), pour it over the garlic, add soy sauce and dark vinegar, mix everything well. Enjoy😋

Spiced Nourish Bowl👇🏼😍 The perfect healthy dinner! Crunchy chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, turmeric couscous, parsley salad, pomegranate and sesame on a bed of creamy tahini. Vibrant and flavourful. follow @tessbegg for more recipes🌿 Serves 2 Cauliflower and chickpeas: 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets (roughly 3 cups) 420g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and pat dry Drizzle of olive oil to coat it all 2 tsp ground turmeric 3 tsp ground paprika 3 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander 2 tsp garlic powder Generous pinch of salt and pepper Tahini: (or substitute for HUMMUS DIP) 1/2 cup hulled tahini Juice from 1 lemon 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup Pinch of salt and pepper Water to thin (3-4 tbsp roughly) Couscous: 1/2 cup dry couscous 3/4 cup boiling water or vegetable stock 1 tsp ground turmeric Salad: 1 small red onion, finely diced 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped (roughly 2-3 cups chopped) 1 cucumber, finely diced 1 medium tomato, finely diced Juice from 1 small lemon 2 tsp olive oil Pinch of salt and pepper Other: 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1/3 cup fresh pomegranate seeds Preheat oven to 200°C/390°F. Add the cauliflowers and chickpeas on a baking tray. Add the olive oil and seasonings and toss to coat. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Add all the tahini ingredients in a small blender jug and blend until creamy, or whisk it together in a bowl. Gradually add water to achieve your desired consistency, depending on the thickness of your tahini you may need more or less water. Add the couscous, turmeric and boiling water/stock in a bowl, cover for 10 mins and fluff with a fork. For the salad, add the parsley, onion, tomato, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl, toss to combine. To assemble, add the tahini on the base of the bowl, top with couscous, salad, cauliflower, chickpeas, pomegranate and sesame seeds. 🥕 Sobrasada vegana de zanahoria fácil y deliciosa Si te gustan los untables caseros tienes que probar esta sobrasada vegana de zanahoria. Es una receta fácil, muy sabrosa y perfecta para preparar un aperitivo diferente cuando tienes invitados o simplemente para disfrutar de un picoteo saludable. La combinación de zanahorias asadas, tomates secos y anacardos crea una textura cremosa y un sabor intenso que recuerda a la sobrasada tradicional, pero en versión vegetal. Ideal para untar en pan tostado, acompañar con crackers o añadir a tablas de aperitivo. Una receta vegana sencilla, llena de sabor y perfecta para sorprender. Ingredientes para 6 personas 300 g de zanahorias asadas 6 tomates secos 100 g de anacardos remojados Medio diente de ajo Pimentón, comino y sal al gusto Elaboración Asa las zanahorias en el horno o en la freidora de aire con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra, sal y pimienta hasta que estén tiernas y ligeramente doradas. En freidora de aire estarán listas en unos 15 minutos a 180 grados y en horno aproximadamente 30 minutos a 180 grados Añade las zanahorias asadas en un vaso triturador junto con los tomates secos, los anacardos remojados, el ajo y las especias y tritura hasta conseguir una textura cremosa Si ves que queda demasiado espesa puedes añadir un poco de agua poco a poco hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada Sirve la sobrasada vegana en un tarro, acompáñala con buen pan y disfruta Espero que os guste tanto como a mí, gracias por todos vuestros comentarios y que tengáis un día precioso #sobrasadavegana #sobrasadavegetal #untablevegano #veganrecipes #plantbased
