We went in with eyes wide open: ✔️ Structural issues identified and reviewed ✔️ Survey analysed in detail ✔️ Build costs and auction fees fully factored ✔️ Legal pack vetted via DocuWise ✔️ Client aligned and ready to proceed The plan was simple, secure it at a sensible price in the room. But auctions don’t always play ball… 😅 The lot before ours turned into a bidding war 💸 and it carried straight into ours.
