Healthy snack ho ya party platter… yeh recipe sabko pasand aayegi! 😋 👉 High plant protein 👉 Crispy outside, soft inside 👉 Perfect with creamy hummus Save this recipe & try it today! 🧑‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE PROTEIZ FALAFEL 1️⃣ Soak 200g Kabuli chana for 8–9 hours. 2️⃣ Grind 300g soaked chana with 15g coriander leaves, 5–6 green chillies, 10–15 garlic cloves, 10g ginger, 100g onion & salt to taste. Make a coarse mixture. 3️⃣ Transfer to a bowl. Add 50g Proteiz powder, 5g jeera powder, 4g crushed coriander seeds, 4g crushed whole red chilli & 1 tsp baking soda. Mix well. 4️⃣ Shape into small balls. 5️⃣ Deep fry till golden & crispy (or shallow fry in an appe pan for less oil!). 🥣 CREAMY HUMMUS 1️⃣ Pressure cook 100g soaked chana with 300ml water + ½ tsp salt for 4–5 whistles. 2️⃣ Grind together: boiled chana, 15–20g white sesame seeds, 30ml RCM oil, 8 soaked red chillies, 150–200g curd, juice of 1–2 lemons & 10–12 garlic cloves. 3️⃣ Add ice cubes, a dash of RCM oil, lemon juice & salt while grinding to make a smooth paste. 🧑‍🍳 प्रोटीज़ फलाफल रेसिपी 1️⃣ 200g काबुली चना 8–9 घंटे भिगो दें। 2️⃣ मिक्सर में 300g भीगा चना, 15g हरा धनिया, 5–6 हरी मिर्च, 10–15 लहसुन, 10g अदरक, 100g प्याज और नमक डालकर दरदरा पीस लें। 3️⃣ बाउल में निकालें और मिलाएँ: 50g प्रोटीज़ पाउडर, 5g जीरा पाउडर, 4g कुटा धनिया, 4g कुटी लाल मिर्च और 1 tsp बेकिंग सोडा। 4️⃣ मिश्रण के छोटे बॉल बनाकर गरम तेल में गोल्डन और क्रिस्पी होने तक तलें (कम तेल के लिए अप्पे पैन में बनाएँ)। 🥣 हम्मस रेसिपी 1️⃣ 100g भीगा काबुली चना 300ml पानी + ½ tsp नमक के साथ 4–5 सीटी तक पकाएँ। 2️⃣ मिक्सर में उबला चना, 15–20g सफेद तिल, 30ml RCM तेल, 8 भीगी साबुत लाल मिर्च, 150–200g दही, 1–2 नींबू का रस और 10–12 लहसुन कलियाँ डालकर पीसें। 3️⃣ पीसते समय बर्फ के टुकड़े, थोड़ा RCM तेल, नींबू का रस और नमक डालकर स्मूद क्रीमी पेस्ट बना लें। क्रंच भी। प्रोटीन भी। स्वाद भी। 💚🧆 #Gooddot #GooddotProteiz #ProteizFalafel #HealthySnack #PlantProtein #MiddleEasternFood #RCMIndia
