HEOk, if I had an interview tomorrow, here’s exactly how I’d prep:
1️⃣ Take an hour to really know the company and who you’re interviewing with. What do they value? What’s important to them? Stalk their LinkedIn like it’s your job.
2️⃣ Go through the job description and highlight the key things they’re looking for. Then, match it with your own experience so you can clearly connect the dots for them.
3️⃣ Be ready to talk numbers!
4️⃣ Have a few go-to stories ready. Think of times you handled a tricky situation, or fixed a process. (STAR method is your best friend.)
5️⃣ Run through common Qs for that role.
6️⃣ Ask good questions at the end. Not just “What’s the culture like?” (You can Google that.) Ask about their hiring goals, team challenges, or how success is measured.
