I just know people are going to come for me with this one😂 I know creatine is the hot topic these days but I personally haven’t had a great experience when using it! I held onto a ton of water weight and felt puffy and bloated. It also can mess with hormones/women’s cycle, so it just wasn’t worth it to me. That said, I eat a ton of red meat, which is naturally rich in creatine, so I’m still getting it through my diet without needing to supplement more. Creatine definitely has benefits, and if it works for you, that’s awesome! But I just want to show the other side, that you don’t HAVE to supplement with creatine to see results. Just eat more 🥩!! I’d love to know your experience though!! Lmk in the comments💪🏻 Thankful for @fastover40 guidance, teaching me this knowledge!! #creatine #supplementation #animalbased #redmeat #fuelyourbody #steak
