BOVrei să încerci ceva diferit de Crăciun, anul acesta? Atunci aceste fursecuri cu condimente chai sunt alegerea perfectă. Aroma condimentelor chai umple întreaga casă, iar fursecurile sunt moi, parfumate și absolut delicioase.
Fursecuri cu condimente Chai (8 fursecuri mari)
Ingrediente:
120 g unt moale
100 g zahăr brun
1 ou
180 g făină
3 lingurițe amestec de condimente chai
1/2 linguriță praf de copt
1 vârf de cuțit de sare
80 g bucăți de ciocolată neagră (ideal 70% cacao)
Instrucțiuni:
Se bate untul moale cu zahărul până când compoziția devine pufoasă (aproximativ 2-3 minute).
Adaugă oul și amestecă din nou.
Într-un bol separat se combină făina, praful de copt, sarea și condimentele chai.
Se încorporează treptat amestecul uscat în cel umed și se amestecă până se omogenizează.
Se încorporează bucățile de ciocolată.
Se lasă aluatul la frigider timp de 30 de minute.
Preîncălzește cuptorul la 180 °C.
Formează 7 bile mari din aluat (aproximativ 50-60 g fiecare) și apasă-le ușor pe o tavă de copt tapetată cu hârtie de copt.
Lasă-le la copt timp de 12-13 minute, până când marginile devin aurii.
Apoi, lasă-le la răcit pe foaia de copt - vor deveni ușor crocante la exterior, rămânând moi înăuntru.

Chai spiced cookies (8 dużych ciastek)
Składniki:
120 g miękkiego masła
100 g cukru trzcinowego
1 jajko
180 g mąki pszennej
3 łyżki przyprawy chai
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
szczypta soli
80 g posiekanej gorzkiej czekolady (najlepiej 70%)
Wykonanie:
Miękkie masło ubij z cukrem na puch (trwa to ok. 3 minuty).
Dodaj jajko i krótko wymieszaj.
W drugiej misce wymieszaj mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, sól i przyprawy.
Suche składniki stopniowo dodawaj do masła z cukrem i wymieszaj do powstania gładkiego ciasta.
Dodaj posiekaną czekoladę.
Ciasto włóż na 30 minut do lodówki.
Piekarnik rozgrzej do 180°C.
Z ciasta uformuj 7 większych kolek (po ok. 50-60 g) i delikatnie je rozgnieć na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia.
Piecz przez 12–13 minut, do momentu aż brzegi będą złote.
Wystudź na blaszce – dzięki temu będą miękkie w środku, ale nie będą się rozpadać.

BOPokiaľ chcete tento rok prekvapiť a namiesto klasických cukroviniek skúsiť niečo iné, tieto Chai spiced cookies sú ideálnou voľbou. Vôňa chai korenia prevonia celý domov a sušienky sú mäkké, voňavé a dokonale hrejivé.
Chai spiced cookies (8 veľkých cookies)
Ingrediencie:
120 g zmäknutého masla
100 g trstinového cukru
1 vajce
180 g hladkej múky
3 lyžičky chai korenia
1/2 lyžičky prášku do pečiva
štipka soli
80 g nasekanej horkej čokolády (ideálne 70 %)
Postup:
V mise vyšľaháme zmäknuté maslo s cukrom do nadýchanej peny (cca 2 – 3 minúty).
Pridáme vajce a krátko zašľaháme.
V druhej mise zmiešame múku, prášok do pečiva, soľ a chai korenie.
Suchú zmes postupne pridáme k maslovej a premiešame do hladkého cesta.
Vmiešame nasekanú čokoládu.
Cesto necháme 30 minút chladiť v chladničke.
Rúru predhrejeme na 180 °C.
Z cesta vytvarujeme 7 väčších guľôčok (cca 50 – 60 g) a ľahko ich sploštíme na plechu s papierom na pečenie.
Pečieme 12 – 13 minút, kým nie sú okraje dozlatista,.
Necháme vychladnúť na plechu – tým budú krásne pevné, ale vo vnútri zostanú mäkké.

Chai spiced cookies (8 velkých cookies)
Ingredience:
120 g změklého másla
100 g třtinového cukru
1 vejce
180 g hladké mouky
3 lžičky chai koření
1/2 lžičky prášku do pečiva
špetka soli
80 g nasekané hořké čokolády (ideálně 70 %)
Postup:
V míse vyšleháme změklé máslo s cukrem do nadýchané pěny (cca 2–3 minuty).
Přidáme vejce a krátce zašleháme.
V druhé míse smícháme mouku, prášek do pečiva, sůl a chai koření.
Suchou směs postupně přidáme k máslové a promícháme do hladkého těsta.
Vmícháme nasekanou čokoládu.
Těsto necháme 30 minut chladit v lednici.
Troubu předehřejeme na 180 °C.
Z těsta vytvarujeme 7 větších kuliček (cca 50–60 g) a lehce je zploštíme na plechu s pečícím papírem.
Pečeme 12–13 minut, dokud okraje lehce nezezlátnou.
Necháme vychladnout na plechu – tím krásně zpevní, ale uvnitř zůstanou měkké.
