8 astuces pour progresser rapidement dans une matière que tu détestes 😩📚 🧩 Comprends pourquoi tu n’aimes pas cette matière Ce n’est pas toujours la matière en elle-même, mais la façon dont tu la vois : trop de chapitres, difficultés à comprendre, des mauvaises notes, prof peu clair, ou la peur de ne pas y arriver. 🎯 Fixe-toi un objectif précis et atteignable (méthode SMART) Au lieu de “faire des maths”, dis-toi “je dois comprendre le chapitre 1 avant mardi”. Ça te motivera beaucoup plus qu’un objectif vague et stressant. 📚 Simplifie ton environnement de travail Prépare une routine pour cette matière : cahiers (carnet de fautes, classeurs, manuels), stylos, ardoise, feuilles de brouillon, post-it, timer, bouteille d’eau et snacks. ⏰ Travaille en mini sessions (20-5 ou 30-5) Fais 20 à 30 minutes de full concentration, puis 5 minutes de pause (méthode Pomodoro). Et si tu n’as vraiment pas envie : commence par 5 minutes. Ça sera suffisant pour te lancer. 🎧 Cherche des cours plus ludiques Si tu ne comprends pas ton cours, change de support : vidéos YouTube, fiches, explications d’autres élèves, ou même aide-toi de l’IA en posant toutes tes questions. 🧠 Sois actif dans tes révisions Varie les méthodes : explique ton cours à voix haute (méthode Feynman), fais du blurting, entraîne-toi à faire des flashcards (Quizlet, Anki ou iVocabulary), ou refais d’anciens sujets et contrôles. 🏠 Change d’endroit pour étudier Ne révise pas tout le temps au même endroit. Va dans une bibliothèque, un café ou un espace calme. Tu peux même bosser avec des amis. 🍰 Associe cette matière à une récompense Prévois une petite récompense après chaque session : café, musique, dessert, série.
