Another unexpected issue with the new Zoom m4 left me stuck with my XLR connectors on both channels. So please pay attention to which connectors you use when you decide to buy this device. This is the XLR cable that I use for the LOM Electroslush Mini City and have used it with the F3, the F6 and also the Tascam without any problems. It’s part of my mini sound design kit and I never thought something like this could happen. These aren’t Neutrik connectors and I couldn’t test it because I can’t get them out right now. There are some screws on the side and now I need to find a store and buy the right screwdriver. Fingers crossed I can get that out. I liked that cable. . First recording with the HC-22 from @rycoteuk , equipped with the Cyclone wind protection 🎤 I took this opportunity to capture the soundscape of the countryside near our home. The recording is raw, with only a slight gain adjustment. You can clearly hear the hum of an airplane, the village church bell in the distance, birds chirping, and a gentle stream.
