Kids will keep you young if you let them. Keep showing up so you can be there for the short term and long term. Can never get enough of Ms Rachel in this house. She has little ma locked in. Beat the shoulder blues with this one and lift weights or your kids whenever needed. Simple single dumbbell overhead press. Slow in the tempo in case the child gets too heavy and you need to slow gravity when you lose balance of them. Give it a try and borrow a baby and you’ll be up and downing the in no time!

Dumbbell Lateral Raise Tips: • brace with core & shoulder blade activation (back & down) • don’t think about “lifting” the dumbbells, think about “reaching” the dumbbells towards the walls (= don’t use your traps!) 3.
