Sargento® Natural American Cheese on hot beef and it just immediately does its thing. #ad Recipe below: Cheeseburger Crunch Wraps with Honey Grilled Onion Ring Makes 2 Ingredients - 1 lb ground beef - Salt and pepper to taste - 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas - 2 tostada shells - Sargento® Natural American Cheese, 1 slice per patty (or more, follow your heart) - 1 romaine hearts, chopped - 1 tomato diced - 2 thin rings onions - Honey Burger Sauce - ¼ cup mayo - 2 tbsp ketchup - 2 tsp mustard - 3 tbsp pickles, chopped - 2 tsp apple cider vinegar - Pinch of garlic powder - Pinch of paprika - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions 1. Chop romaine hearts and dice tomato. Set aside. 2. Cut 2 of the flour tortillas into smaller rounds, roughly the size of a tostada shell. Set aside. 3. Mix all burger sauce ingredients together. Taste and adjust to your liking. 4. Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Brown in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. 5. While the beef is still hot, lay Sargento® Natural American Cheese slices directly on top and let them melt. 6. Build the wraps: spread burger sauce on a large tortilla, add beef and melted cheese, place a tostada shell on top, spread more burger sauce, add tomato and romaine, then top with the small cut tortilla. Fold the edges of the large tortilla up and over to close. 7. Place the wrap seal side down in the cast iron skillet. Sear until golden and sealed. 8. Remove the wrap. Place onion rings in the same skillet, sear until charred on one side, flip, and drizzle with honey. 9. Place the crunch wrap back in the pan, top side down, directly onto the honey onion ring. Carefully slide a spatula underneath and flip so the onion ring is sitting on top. 10. Cut in half and serve. #Sargentopartner #dinnerideas

Family is important to me and i love that @SargentoCheese is a family owned company. here’s the recipes for my favorite arepas #SARGENTOCheese 250 grams of masarepa flour  1 ⅔ cups warm water 1 teaspoon kosher salt  1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature  1 cup Sargento shredded mozzarella  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the salt and warm water until the salt dissolves. Add the masarepa flour and mix with a spoon until mostly combined. Then knead the dough until it comes together in a mass. Add in the softened butter and knead again. Lastly, mix in the shredded mozzarella cheese. 2. Separate the dough into balls and form them into patties using your palms. Create a well in the center of each patty and add a few tablespoons of more shredded cheese. Cover up the well with the dough and re-form into patties.  3. It should be about 1/2-inch thick and a 3-inch diameter. Brush a cast iron skillet or non-stick skillet with a bit of butter or avocado oil and place over medium heat. 4. When warm, add the arepas to the pan and cook on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Remove from heat and serve warm. #ad

These gorgeous flatbreads are perfect if you’re hosting friends or family for the holidays.  I always choose @sargentocheese because I know it’s real, natural cheese, and I just love that it’s a family-owned business. #ad Flatbread #1: 1 small delicata squash, deseeded and sliced thin 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 tsp kosher salt Pepper to taste 1 store-bought 16x6 flatbread 12 ounces Sargento® Shredded 4 State Cheddar ¼ red onion sliced thin 3 tbsp Calabrian chili paste 3 tbsp honey 1 tsp flaky sea salt 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped -Preheat the oven to 425°F -Coat the squash in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. -Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. -Cover the flatbread with 6 ounces of Sargento® Shredded 4 State Cheddar -Top with delicata squash, slice red onion, and remaining Sargento® Shredded 4 State Cheddar -Dollop the Calabrian chilli pepper over the cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. -Garnish with honey, flaky sea salt, and parsley Flatbread #2: 8 ounces sliced wild mushrooms 1 tbsp avocado oil 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 3 garlic cloves minced 5 ounces fresh spinach ½ tsp kosher salt Store-bought flatbread 12 ounces Sargento® Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella, 3 tbsp truffle oil 1 tsp flaky sea salt -Preheat the oven to 425°F -Place the mushrooms onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Coat them in avocado and roast them in the oven for 10 minutes. -Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the spinach and kosher salt, then cook until the spinach has wilted, stirring constantly. -Cover the flatbread in 6 ounces of Sargento® Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella. -Layer the spinach, mushrooms, and the remaining Sargento® Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella. -Bake for 10 minutes. -Finish with truffle oil and flaky sea salt.

#SARGENTOpartner ✨ These Bean and Cheese Gorditas filled with refried beans and lots of Sargento Shredded® Mozzarella Natural Cheese are one of my family’s favorite authentic Mexican dishes. Passing along family traditions is incredibly important to me, and I love that @sargentocheese is a third-generation family-owned company that shares the same love of family as I do. Here’s how to make them.​ Ingredients:​ ▪️ 1 cup masa harina​ ▪️ ¾-1 cup water​ ▪️ ½ teaspoon fine salt​ ▪️ 2 tbsp olive oil​ ▪️ ½ diced white onion​ ▪️ 2 cloves minced garlic​ ▪️ 1 15-oz can pinto beans​ ▪️ 1 ½ cups Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella Natural Cheese​ ▪️ Olive oil cooking spray​ 1️⃣ Make the gorditas by mixing together masa harina, water, and salt. Roll the dough into 8 balls.​ 2️⃣ Flatten each ball in between two sheets of parchment paper using a tortilla press or a large, heavy baking dish. Carefully peel back the parchment paper and transfer the masa to your hand.​ 3️⃣ Place the masa on the hot griddle and cook for 15 to 20 seconds. Flip and cook the other side for 15 to 20 more seconds. Flip it again and cook for another 30 seconds on each side.​ 4️⃣ Transfer the gordita to a plate. As soon as you can handle the gordita with your hands, use a paring knife to cut a slit down the edge of one side. The gordita should open up and create a pocket. Set aside and continue cooking all of the gorditas.​ 5️⃣ Make the refried beans by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until it begins to soften. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.​ 6️⃣ Add the pinto beans and cook for 2 minutes. Mash the beans using a potato masher or an immersion blender until a little chunky or completely smooth.​ 7️⃣ Assemble the gorditas by adding 1 ½ tablespoons of refried beans and 3 tablespoons of Sargento® Shredded Mozzarella Natural Cheese inside each gordita.​ 8️⃣ Spray a large skillet over medium-high heat with cooking spray. Working in batches of 2, cook the gorditas for 1 minute per side. The gorditas should be crispy on the outside, and the cheese should be fully melted.​ #ad #SARGENTOcheese #gorditas #mexicanfood

Add diced onions and bell peppers, cook chicken on a griddle or skillet until golden and veggies are softened. Mix up Cajun ranch with buttermilk ranch, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika. In a baking dish, layer slider bun bottoms, Cajun ranch, Sargento® Natural 4 State Cheddar® Shredded Cheese, the chicken and veggie mix, then add Sargento® Natural Whole Milk Mozzarella Shredded Cheese. #SargentoPartner Cozy season is here and we’re deep diving into this roasted cheesy garlic bread featuring @sargentocheese . I used the mozzarella and provolone mix and it was DIVINE. I served it with lasagna soup for an A+++ cozy meal. #Ad Save this post for the recipe below: 1 head of garlic Olive oil Salt + freshly ground pepper ½ cup unsalted butter ¼ teaspoon dried oregano 2 tablespoons finely minced Italian parsley Pinch of kosher salt 8 ounces Sargento® Mozzarella Provolone Shredded Mix 1 large French loaf of bread Preheat oven to 350F. Slice off the top of a head of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the head of garlic in foil. Transfer to the oven to roast for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside. In a medium bowl, add the butter, oregano, finely minced Italian parsley. Open the foil and squeeze the garlic out and into the bowl. Smash it together until thoroughly mixed. Slice a loaf of bread in half. Smother it on the bread until it reaches the edges. Sprinkle with the Sargento® Mozzarella Provolone Shredded Mix. Transfer to a baking sheet and transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Place it under the broiler for about 2-3 minutes until slightly toasted. Slice and serve immediately.
