The Nun’s Story is a 1959 American drama film directed by Fred Zinnemann and starring Audrey Hepburn, Peter Finch, Edith Evans, Peggy Ashcroft, and Dean Jagger. The screenplay was written by Robert Anderson, based on the 1956 novel of the same name by Kathryn Hulme. The film tells the life of Gabrielle van der Mal, a young woman who decides to enter a convent and make the many sacrifices required by her choice. Released by Warner Bros. Pictures on June 18, 1959, The Nun’s Story was a critical and financial success, and was nominated for eight Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Actress for Hepburn. Franz Waxman’s score was nominated for an Oscar and a Grammy Award.
Audrey Kathleen Hepburn (4 May 1929 – 20 January 1993) was a British actress. Recognised as a film and fashion icon, she was ranked by the American Film Institute as the third-greatest female screen legend from the Classical Hollywood cinema. She was inducted into the International Best Dressed Hall of Fame and is one of a few entertainers who have won competitive Academy, Emmy, Grammy and Tony Awards.

FIRussell Crowe was continually unhappy with the screenplay, re-writing much of it to suit his own ends. He would frequently walk off the set if he didn't get his way. The famous line "And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next" he initially refused to say, telling screenwriter William Nicholson, "Your lines are garbage, but I'm the greatest actor in the world, and I can make even garbage sound good". He said the speech anyway, because he was unable to ad-lib anything better. Nicholson said, "In his defense, my lines probably were garbage."
Russell Crowe admitted that he felt unworthy of all the praise and the Oscar for Best Actor that he got for this film. After seeing the completed film, he felt it was a "director's film," and that the Oscar should have gone to Sir Ridley Scott instead.
This is Russell Crowe's favorite of any American movie that he has done. He also cites Maximus as his favorite role.

ASReal Steel | Behind-The-Scenes
Real Steel was directed by Shawn Levy and produced by Steven Spielberg through DreamWorks, with distribution by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The screenplay was inspired by Richard Matheson’s short story Steel and finalized by John Gatins. Casting in 2010 brought Hugh Jackman into the lead role, joined by Dakota Goyo and Evangeline Lilly.
