LII have suffered my whole life from this. It was constant anxiety, panic, staring at mirrors to calm myself down….
I found the plant medicine path through yoga and it revealed all this wisdom to me. I stayed on course and kept nature as my central focus. As well as Church and prayer.
Guys, all your negativity and suffering is mostly witchcraft.
Yoga purifies it, faith purifies it, healers purifies it, and plant medicines purify it.
Nobody is talking about it. I figured out all of my problems without pharmaceuticals through shamanic visioning and walking with the plants.
We need more people talking about this - I don’t want people to suffer like that from spiritual problems !

NYOne of the deepest lessons I’ve learned walking the plant medicine path is the importance of discernment.
In the beginning of my journey with ancestral healing, I made the mistake of placing certain teachers, shamans, and medicine carriers on pedestals. I confused spiritual power with moral purity. And in doing so, I lost touch with my own inner compass: my sovereignty.
What I’ve come to understand is that all of us carry both light and shadow. This includes those who hold medicine. Being a pajé, a shaman, or a facilitator does not make someone exempt from the complexities of the human psyche : from ego, unhealed wounds, or the temptation of power.
The plant medicine path, while sacred, is not free from shadow. In some spaces, medicine becomes transactional. The work loses its soul when the heart of service is replaced by performance, control, or unchecked ego. Abuse of power, manipulation, and subtle hierarchies can still exist…even in the most “spiritual” containers.
True healing demands that we stay rooted in discernment, not blind devotion. That we listen to our bodies, our intuition, our truth. And that we remember: Medicine is not about the title of the one who serves it. It’s about the intention, humility, and love with which it is shared.
Whether it comes from an indigenous elder or a non-indigenous practitioner, what makes it sacred is the purity of presence behind it.
I share this from my deepest experiences first hand in this path. When held with ethics, reverence, and integrity, plant medicine is one of the most beautiful gifts we can receive on this Earth ♥️
Let us honor it by walking with clear eyes, open hearts, and grounded truth.
