If you love mac and cheese, make it ultra cheesy and crispy with this sheet pan version #cabotpartner. Instead of adding all the cheese at once, I fold 1 bag of @cabotcreamery Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese into the pasta and sauce, and then sprinkle another bag of the Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese on top with panko breadcrumbs. Why settle for only one type of cheese when there are so many Cabot award winning cheddar cheeses to use? #sogood! #cabotcreamery #sheetpanmacandcheese #crispymacandcheese INGREDIENTS 1 pound elbow macaroni or pasta of choice 6 tablespoons unsalted butter ¼ cup all-purpose flour 4 cups milk 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 (8-ounce) bag shredded Cabot Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 (8-ounce) bag shredded Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese ½ cup panko breadcrumbs INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions. Drain, rinse, and set aside. 2. Heat the same pot used for the pasta over medium-high heat. Melt butter, then add the flour. Whisk together until they are combined and golden to make a roux, about 2 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 4. Slowly add milk, whisking as you pour. Add the mustard, salt, and pepper. Bring the milk mixture to a low boil, then reduce to low and simmer, continuing to whisk until the sauce has thickened about 5 minutes. 5. Add the cooked pasta and toss to fully coat. Remove from heat and stir in the Vermont Sharp cheddar cheese. 6. Transfer to the prepared sheet pan. Sprinkle the Seriously Sharp cheese on top followed by the panko breadcrumbs. 7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and crispy on the edges.

I added: - Broccoli (half) - Spinach (few bunches) - Ginger (few large chunks) - @sogoodindia protein almond milk (about 1 cup) - Strawberries (3) - Some raspberries (optional) - Dates (3) - Cucumber (skin on!) (1) - A whole kiwi (skin on!) (1) - Water (2 cups) - A banana (1) That’s it. Blend. Makes about 3-4 servings and you can easily drink 2-3 cups as it’s so yum! #SoGood #Skincare

🇬🇧 Easy honey & yoghurt dessert with oranges powder 🍊 🇮🇹 Dolce facile al miele e yogurt con polvere di arance 🍊 . 👇🏻Recipe x 4 people / Ricetta x 4 persone 👇🏻 🇬🇧 • Ingredients: Peels of 2 oranges 10 gr honey 200 ml milk 100 gr yoghurt 2 soaked gelatine sheets 👉🏻 Put the oranges peels in the microwave and cook at full power for 2 minutes. Once dried, blend to make a super perfumed powder. Put milk, honey and yoghurt in a pot and bring to boil. Add the gelatin and put the mix in your favorite silicone mold. Cool down in the fridge for 3 hours. Once done, plate up like in the video and finish with the orange glass (find the full recipe in previous video). Enjoy 🧡 . 🇮🇹• Ingredienti: bucce di 2 arance 10 gr di miele 200 ml di latte 100 gr di yogurt 2 fogli di gelatina ammollati 👉🏻 Metti le bucce delle arance nel microonde e cuoci alla massima potenza per 2 minuti. Una volta disastrate, frullale fino a ottenere una polvere super profumata. Metti in una pentola il latte, il miele e lo yogurt e porta a bollore. Aggiungi la gelatina e versa il composto nel tuo stampo in silicone preferito. Lascia raffreddare in frigo per 3 ore. Se vi avanzano delle 🥔 patate lesse preparate questa: frittata di patate e mozzarella 😋 Dorata fuori, morbida e fondente dentro e con quel ripieno filante che farà venire voglia di tagliarla solo per assaggiarne un pezzettino… ma poi in un attimo… sparisce 🤣😋 Ingredienti per una teglia 30x20 cm 800 g patate lesse 50 g pecorino romano 30 g parmigiano grattugiato 8 uova 250 g mozzarella (o scamorza) q.b. prezzemolo q.b. pangrattato q.b. olio extravergine d’oliva q.b. origano secco q.b. sale Tagliamo le patate lesse a fette di circa mezzo centimetro. Condiamole con sale, olio e origano. Ungiamo una teglia con olio. Io ho utilizzato una teglia antiaderente rettangolare 30x20 cm (in caso contrario foderatela con carta forno). Spolverizziamo il fondo con un po' di pangrattato e di formaggio grattugiato. Disponiamo le patate una accanto all’altra. Consigli: se si dovessero rompere un po’ mentre le condite utilizzate i pezzetti per coprire gli spazi rimasti vuoti tra una patata e l’altra. Prima delle patate potete aggiungere su fondo un po’ di cipolla. Io faccio così: la taglio a fette molto sottili e la cuocio prima in padella con un filo d’olio fino a farla ammorbidire un po'. La spargo sul fondo prima di aggiungere le patate. Tagliamo la mozzarella a fettine sottili e sistemiamola sulle patate. In una ciotola uniamo le uova con un pizzico di sale. Una volta ben amalgamate aggiungiamo i formaggi grattugiati e il prezzemolo. Versiamo le uova nella teglia. Cuociamo in forno preferibilmente ventilato preriscaldato a 180° C per circa 25 minuti. #sogood #piovonoricette #loveit #ricettefacili
