El Split Jerk es uno de los movimientos más exigentes a nivel técnico: 📌 Requiere precisión, potencia y control total bajo presión y fatiga. 👉🏽 En este trabajo desde el rack eliminamos el Clean para centrar el 100% de la atención de la atleta en afinar la técnica del Jerk. 🎯 Objetivos: 🔹 Ajustar el dip y el empuje vertical 🔹 Mejorar la trayectoria de la barra tras el empuje 🔹 Coordinar una entrada agresiva, rápida y estable en el split 🔹 Consolidar una recuperación firme y alineada 🧠 Aislar el Jerk en condiciones de baja fatiga mejora la ejecución en fases posteriores del entrenamiento o la competición. Algo simple pero importantísimo para tener un Split Jerk sólido e indoloro 😁. Cuando desplaza los pies, el pie que va hacia adelante debe ir lo más lejos posible. Por lo menos 2 pies desde la posición inicial del empuje. Aunque siempre debe mirar hacia adelante, con el reojo debe poder ver su punta del pie. Si la rodilla la tapa, entonces su pie no se desplazó lo suficiente. No debe deslizar el pie, debe levantarlo para poder realizar una buena zancada y ubicarlo en el lugar correcto. In China, athletes learn to internally rotate the arms and shoulder blades to lockout the bar during #overheadpress exercises. . This rotation pushes the head forward so you can align the bar over the base of the neck. . However, lowering the head helps stop this forward movement by compressing the muscles on the front of the neck. . This compression helps him stay near the middle of his base of support. . So, if you’re running across the gym when catching a #splitjerk, try lowering your head about 45 degrees from straight ahead. . In #Chineseweightlifting, learn to maintain foot pressure on the ball of both feet during the landing. . Why does this #splitjerktechnique work? . During the split jerk, the athlete is taking a step forward. . In this case, the front leg is moving ahead of the rear leg. . This step causes the athlete to turn away from the lead leg and can result in rotating during the catch. . So, the athlete must stop this turn quickly to avoid falling. . Landing on the ball of the feet accelerates the rear leg and pushes against the forward movement of the front leg. . Stopping the turn allows the athlete to pushed into the ground and stop the barbell. . So try establishing this foot contact during your #weightlifting training and see if you’re more stable in your catch.
