it’s not by treating more patients :) 💸 Most physios in India are stuck earning ₹30K–₹50K/month… Not because they aren’t skilled — But because no one taught them how to turn their skills into a system. Here’s a full roadmap to break that income ceiling 👇 🔹 1. Specialize & Stand Out Don’t be a generalist. Specialize in a high-demand niche like Sports Physio, Neuro Rehab, Women’s Health, or Corporate Wellness. People pay more for specialists — ₹1,500–₹3,000/session vs ₹300–₹700. 🔑 Specialists don’t chase clients. Clients chase them. 🔹 2. Build Your Own Clinic or Brand Working for someone else limits income. Even a small clinic or home setup can bring ₹1L+ monthly if you build a loyal client base. As you grow, hire junior physios and build a team. 🔑 You stop trading time for money and start earning even when you’re not working. 🔹 3. Go Digital — Offer Online Consults Start an Instagram/YouTube page. Share daily pain-relief tips, posture corrections, recovery exercises. Soon, people will DM for consults. Start with ₹500–₹1,000/30 min Zoom sessions. 🔑 You’re no longer bound by location — reach patients across India or even globally. 🔹 4. Launch a Digital Product Don’t just trade time. Create a course like “Fix Your Back in 30 Days” or a stretching guide for IT professionals. Price it at ₹999 and sell it to 1,000 people — that’s ₹10L right there. 🔑 Build it once. Sell it forever. 🔹 5. Get Corporate Tie-Ups Reach out to offices for posture workshops, employee rehab, ergonomic sessions. Companies pay ₹25K–₹2L/month retainers for regular visits. 🔑 One contract = Stable, high-ticket income. 🔹 6. Train, Mentor & Speak As you gain experience, start training junior physios, offering mentorships, or conducting workshops. These sessions can earn ₹5K–₹50K each. 🔑 You shift from physio to industry expert. You don’t need all 5. Even 2-3 can get you to ₹10L/year and beyond. ⚡ Want to build your own 7-figure roadmap as a physio? Follow for part 2

“Being fit isn’t important.” Then step onto the pitch. If you can’t keep up with a player sprinting in the 90th minute… If your heart rate spikes and you panic under pressure… If you walk onto the field holding your own back… What exactly are we doing? Sports physio isn’t a desk job. It’s not a PowerPoint presentation. It’s performance, under lights, under pressure. You prescribe strength but you’re not strong. You program conditioning but you’re out of breath. That’s a disconnect. The first responder on the field must be physically ready too. Because trust isn’t built by a degree alone. It’s built by presence. Being fit isn’t aesthetic. For a sports physiotherapist, it’s the standard. #physiotherapy #motivation #fitness #physio

If your knees hurt every time you run, squat, or even walk downstairs… you’re not alone. As a sports physio, I see this every single day — and the crazy part is that most people don’t need months of rehab to feel better. They just need the right exercises done consistently for a few days. Knee pain isn’t random. It usually comes from one (or a mix) of these issues: • Weak quads that can’t control load • Tight or irritated tendons • Poor hip strength that forces the knee to work overtime • Stiff ankles changing your mechanics • Sudden increase in running volume • No strength work (the biggest one) Most people stretch more, run less, or “wait for it to go away.” But pain doesn’t disappear from rest alone — it disappears when you give the knee the strength and stability it’s missing. That’s why the exercises in this video work so fast. They target the muscles that runners ignore, but that your knee desperately depends on: quad strength, hip control, calf endurance, and full knee extension power. When these muscles start doing their job, the pressure on the knee drops instantly. I’ve used this exact routine on beginners, runners, football players and desk workers. Some feel improvement the same day. Many feel 50–80% better within 3–5 days. Every body is different, but strengthening always wins long-term. If you’re struggling with knee pain right now — don’t guess. Don’t randomly stretch. Don’t keep pushing through pain thinking it will magically disappear. Do the routine. Get stronger. And if you want something even more personalised… 👇 Comment “KNEE” and I’ll send you my free knee-pain routine. It’s the same structure I use with patients in the clinic — simple, effective and actually based on what the research shows works. Let’s get you back to running pain-free again. You don’t have to live with knee pain. #running #kneepain #sportsphysio

These are the things I swapped to get a 5k PB by over 23s seconds 1️⃣ Took magnesium every night before bed. My sleep quality improved and I felt so rested in the mornings. 2️⃣ Ate more food. Literally just bigger portions, especially at breakfast so it would fuel me well at the beginning of the day. 3️⃣ Extra steady state on the bike at heart rate zone not watts. The targeted watts for my steady state on the bike often made my heart rate go higher than my aerobic zone. 4️⃣ stretched for 15 minutes a day minimum. I found before bed it was most effective and helped my sleep. Hi, I’m Sophie! I’m a rower and sports physio. Let me confess something 👀 I’ve been a sports physio for over 12 years now and in that time seen THOUSANDS of people in pain But for many many years I made the same mistake your physio might be making now 🫣 And looking back now I can’t help but think that it probably means there are so many people still in pain, who shouldn’t be ❌ Now, I’m not attacking other physio, I made this mistake too. Not because we don’t care, but because we are taught an outdated approach to pain Meaning that we qualify without a deep and completely understanding the role of the nervous system with chronic pain In my two degrees I was NEVER taught about neuroplastic pain 🧠 Not in my undergrad physio degree ❌ Not in my sports med MSc ❌ Not at a number of top London clinics ❌ I didn’t know what it was, how to spot it or how to treat it I must have seen thousands of people who had it and I missed it But that is why I am on a mission to help athletes to understand and beat it 🚀 It shouldn’t be this thing that people silently and unknowingly suffer with for years So if you are stuck in pain, can’t find a pattern, can’t explain why it moves or gets worse with stress, can’t find anything despite multiple scans, can’t see the light despite years of dedication to rehab… 👇 My account is for you! 🫡 ⭐️ Make sure to hit FOLLOW for more

3 brutal truths I learnt after a bulging disc at L4/5 👇 1️⃣ You don’t have to be doing anything “crazy” to get injured My disc didn’t go under heavy weights. It went twisting during normal, everyday life That’s the point — injuries don’t wait for the gym 2️⃣ Wrapping yourself in bubble wrap isn't the answer. Stopping everything and relying on meds is just pressing pause on the problem. If your body isn’t exposed to load on YOUR terms, life will load it for you.... unpredictably 3️⃣ Rehab should rebuild capacity, not fear Find a chiro & sports physio who uses movement and progressive loading to get you back to normal life and training - not one who tells you to stop, avoid, and “be careful” forever Hard truth 🔥 You can’t injury proof your body But you can make it more resilient.. Strong bodies still get injured Untrained ones recover worse. Movement is medicine Train for life - not just the gym! #bodyiesfitness #bulgingdiscs #movementismedicine

The WORST thing you can do for sciatica? 👉 Rest completely and stop moving. And we get why people do it. Sciatica hurts. A lot. That burning down your leg. The deep buttock ache. The sharp pain when you sit, bend, or roll in bed. So the instinct is: 🛑 “I’ll just rest until it settles.” But here’s the problem 👇 Sciatica isn’t a tight muscle. It’s an irritated nerve. And nerves hate being shut down completely. When you stop moving altogether: • blood flow reduces • the nerve stays sensitised • inflammation increases • the pain gets worse That's why it also feels worse in the morning ~ you've rested! Make sense hey? This doesn’t mean you should “push through” pain or smash stretches. That can also make it worse. What sciatica actually needs is: ✔️ the right type of movement ✔️ gradual loading ✔️ calming the nerve ✔️ restoring confidence in your body At Freedom, we don’t just chase short-term relief. We fight the pain, fix the foundations, and future-proof your body so you can move without fear again. 👋 Ross has 25+ years’ experience as a Sports Physio and sees this every single week. 👉 Follow us for pocket-sized physio advice that helps you understand your pain - and what to do next. #physiotherapy #sciatica #sciaticarelief #sciaticapain #backpain

Most ACLers approach the return to sport finish line and have thoughts about not being explosive enough or feeling like “themselves” They know the demands of their sport, getting that first step, staying in front of their opponent, their brain telling them to do something their body just cant do fast enough Being a sports physio specializing in ACL rehab means having an elite ability to identify the reasons WHY the ACLer feels that way. Is it a strength issue? Are they strong enough, but don’t know how to express it? Is that little bit of range of motion missing holding them back? Are they just missing confidence? We test. We watch movement quality. We assess sport readiness. And we come up with a game plan And this game plan includes the ACLer as a very active participant. Their involvement and buy in is everything. Without it, the plan doesn’t matter. We need to create that internal motivation to execute the plan And that’s the difference most times between a successful return to sport and one that isn’t It’s not fool proof nor is it 100% accurate. But failing to prepare and not having a guide on this path is usually a recipe for failure So, moral of the story: Identify the problem Find your guide(s) on this journey Establish a roadmap Execute the plan Return more prepared and more confident #ignitephyzioacl
