Plan: Have a plan when you go to the gym, if you don’t know what you’re doing quite yet hire a trainer so you don’t get overwhelmed.
Take it one day at a time: Don’t overwhelm yourself about tomorrow’s problems. Lock into your workout and focus on that mind to muscle connection.
Prioritize Sleep: As someone who works overnight, I can say it’s a struggle to get adequate sleep. But the key is to be intentional, you know you need sleep to function. Prioritize it!
Patience: THIS IS A JOURNEY. NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN OVERNIGHT. Give yourself grace and talk nice to yourself 🫶🏾
