As a dietitian and someone who loves sweets I can tell you this: the ONLY way to satisfy a craving is to honor it. When we try to eat around cravings, we often end up eating a lot of unsatisfying foods…. .until we finally give in and just eat the food we were originally craving.
Instead, try to honor cravings when you feel them. If there’s a specific food or type of food that you really can’t stop thinking about, chances are - you’re craving it ☺️
