Hypermobility doesn’t mean “they’re loose.” It means they have a bigger end range… and they STILL feel tight. And if you come in treating them like a “tight” body? You can overstretch them, irritate joints, and make the whole system feel worse. This is the real work: Stretching isn’t just moving limbs. It’s listening. It’s reading what the muscles + joints are saying. It’s being in tune with the person in front of you.
