Try this workout — if it doesn’t work, this page is yours. ✔️ Save this post and give it a try! 1️⃣ Flat Dumbbell Fly: 4 sets | 10–12 reps 2️⃣ Flat Bench Press (Cambered Bar): 4 sets | 8–10 reps 3️⃣ High to Low Cable Fly: 4 sets | 12–15 reps 4️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 sets | 8–10 reps 5️⃣ Low to High Cable Fly: 4 sets | 12–15 reps 6️⃣ Dips: 3 sets to failure 💥 Focus on control, stretch, and full contraction. Feel the chest working through every rep — no momentum, only muscle. ⏱️ Rest 90–120 seconds between sets This builds a complete, balanced chest — but that’s not enough for a dominant physique.
