Let’s learn how to do push-up ! Push-up is a great exercise which can help u gain strength in your upper body ! So all of you don’t avoid it , try it and practice it ! Method of teaching a push-up can vary from Trainer to trainer but yes it’s a basic movement and basics have to be mastered well Points to remember are 📍placement of your hands - hands should be shoulder width apart , spread your fingers while placing your hand 📍your wrist plays a very important role so if want to wear a wrist band you can 📍maintain core engagement- tuck the tummy in and breath properly throughout the exercise 📍keep your elbows Back - don’t flare them on the sides 📍maintain ROM - range of motion - push the ground and come up ! Practice practice and practice will help you achieve it I have also told modifications through which u can gain strength for full push-up !
