And I’ve been blessed to have served 45+ families/individuals in 2025.…..it’s possible In/near the SLC downtown area you can find condos as low as $250,000 (some even lower honestly) !! And single family homes around $375,000! Go further out from the downtown area and you get more bang for your buck! 💸 Looking to make a move in the next year? Allow me to reintroduce myself… I’m the angel that doesn’t stop picking up the phone once she gets paid. I’m the one who shows homes, negotiates contracts, goes to inspections, explains the process, and changes her plans when her clients need her. And let me tell you why this matters so much to me… Yesterday I got a call from another agent who needed me to translate for an older gentleman who was in the process of vacating his home after it was sold. Possession was not explained to him correctly. He and his wife are elderly and were literally trying to figure out where they were supposed to go and when. And where was his Realtor? Nowhere to be found. That agent already got paid… and still left his client in an effed up situation. And that really bothered me. Because your job does NOT end when the deal closes. That is still your client. That is still your responsibility. Those people trusted you with their home, their money, and a huge moment in their life. You don’t just disappear after you get your commission. And what bothered me even more? It was a Spanish-speaking couple who clearly did not fully understand what was happening. In real estate, Amy works with clients and other agents every day, and the way we speak to people is something they remember long after the conversation ends. They definitely do But a lot of people compare how much house they can get somewhere in the middle of nowhere To how much house they can get in UT As a relocation specialist, I have conversations like this every single day But here’s the truth Moving to Utah WILL require some changes But when you live where it looks like this outside all year round... You spend more way more time ★ at parks ★ at the lake ★ at the pool ★ outside playing pickleball ★ outside on walks or runs ★ eating dinner outside enjoying a sunset & ENJOYING YOUR LIFE I personally bought my house sign unseen while I was living in Virginia and it was a scary thing to do And I’m so glad I did cause I’ve been so happy here And you can too… There’s still options for almost every budget and that’s what I get to do - help you navigate them so this move makes sense for you.
