Meningkatkan daya tahan otot Karena posisi ditahan, otot belajar bertahan dalam waktu lama → bagus untuk aktivitas sehari-hari (naik tangga, jalan jauh, olahraga lain). 3. Melatih stabilitas & keseimbangan tubuh Wall sit membuat core ikut bekerja, sehingga postur dan stabilitas meningkat. 4.
