These 3 made the deepest shift in my hormones: 1️⃣ FLAX SEEDS — for estrogen balance Flax contains lignans that help: • Reduce estrogen dominance • Support Phase 2 estrogen detox • Improve PMS + breast tenderness • Reduce bloating related to high estrogen I took 1 tbsp freshly ground flax daily in yogurt or warm water. This helped my body use estrogen better instead of storing it. 2️⃣ PUMPKIN SEEDS — for progesterone support Pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc, which is essential for: • Progesterone production • Thyroid function • Reducing luteal-phase anxiety • Improving sleep quality When progesterone rises, estrogen calms down and belly fat becomes easier to lose.
